In Hartford, residents can recycle outdated phone books at curbside, by placing them in your curbside recycling container.
From March 16th through May 4th, you may also bring outdated phone books to either of these two recycling drop-off locations. Please
place phone books in the phone book recycling container at each site.
Hartford Bulky Waste & Recycling Center, located at 180 Leibert Road.
This site is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am
until 3 pm. Please note that a free green permit is required for all residents and businesses. To obtain a Green Permit,
residents should go to 525 Main Street, on the 2nd floor. For questions about the Green Permit, please call 311 or

Hartford Environmental Office, located at Knox Parks. Please place phone books in the phone book recycling container located at the back gate with access from Laurel Street. This site is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. For questions about this site, please call

And the AT&T Central Office, located at 55 Trumbull Street
