To report traffic signal bulb burnouts, please provide signal location, which direction the bulb is located at signal (east, west, north, south), bulb color (red, yellow, green), and bulb size (12 inch or 8 inch bulb). To report pedestrian signal bulb burnouts, please provide the signal location and intersection corner where bulb is located (or a landmark).
